老爷子还写诗，写成一本诗集，然后一本正经地到书店里找一帮老友慢慢地读，退了的李瑞环都来帮忙，没什么起立握手，大家都玩得开心。而在北京的东郊外，老爷子大手笔建了一个园子叫万荷堂，时常高朋满座，有重要聚会就由老爷子寄出亲笔书写的请柬，把游戏也正规对待。我接到过请柬，但还从未去过，一来机缘不巧，二来也怕搅了老爷子的清静。然而，一想到他，还会很开心。这个时候，你不太怕岁月的侵蚀，原来老去，不过意味着生命的另一种可能，甚至你会好奇，岁月中那么多的苦难，都去哪儿了呢？

黄苗子、郁风是一对历经苦难的神仙伴侣，老年时，可爱加剧。有一次，郁风一本正经地问我：“西班牙邀请我去，你说，我去还是不去？”问话时，老人家还摆出西班牙弗拉门戈舞的造型，神态如少女，而此时，她已年近九旬。年轻时，她们一群同学向往过西班牙，但后来时代动荡变迁，西班牙终成梦，年近九十，机会来了，老人的心动了。

写到这里，我该停笔，因为想到老爷子的一幅画，画面上是一只大鸟，这不奇，旁边一行字把我看乐了：鸟是好鸟，就是话多！
