這本書，我仔細研讀過3遍，對於來說，非常有用。開頭的一段話。

推薦理由：你和孩子的關係，不應該是領導者和被領導者。所以，對話時，需要把孩子作為一個個體，和他共情，纔能安慰到他，引導他說齣他的想法，找尋適閤的方法。不知道是在那本書中提到過，對孩子，不要老說“怎麼辦”，而應該多問問他們，“為什麼”。前者，你隻想知道解決方法，忽視孩子感受，後者，你首先希望瞭解的是孩子的內心所想。

這是一本網絡上很紅的書，和“How to”一樣，還有不少機構開設培訓班。這本書Jerry媽媽簡單翻過，也看過一本對應的繪本，“傑瑞的冷靜太空”。個人覺得還是不錯的，特彆關於對孩子的“奬勵”和“懲罰”這塊。
