评分##“冗余信息可用来对抗噪声，例如在通信系统中，常用对整个消息的重复技术来提高可靠性” 有一个问题我想了一天多了，如果对冗余信息重新编码，以新的外在形式发射的话，那还是“多余信息”吗？
