作者簡介

Emily Arnold McCully is a children's author who was born in Galesburg, Illinois, in 1939, but grew up in Garden City, New York. She attended Brown University and Columbia University.

Among the awards she has won, Ms. McCully has received a Christopher Award for Picnic, and the Caldecott Medal for Mirette on the High Wire.

一直為閤適的兒童初習英語的材料犯愁， 它得有趣，活潑，又能兼顧學習內容。 不得不說這本書不論是從封麵的設計方麵還是從內容的編排方麵來說都具有較好的價值型， 裏麵的內容大緻是簡單易懂的額圖片配以比較有趣的對話， 可以有效地給我的小讀者留下一些比較大得想象空間， 看瞭之後寶寶一直問我問題， 這說明他看書之後還是有所思考的， 從這個角度來說，我覺得很值，孩子的思考能力被激發瞭， 希望以後能夠繼續遇到這一類的書， 另外，物流很不錯哦，滿五分哈平 很好的書，給人眼前一亮的感覺。 以前在朋友傢看到中文版的，這次收個英文的， 也寄希望於對孩子的英語閱讀有所啓濛吧。 超愛這本書！這本書適閤學英文的最初級階段的小孩， 內容包括星期天，數字，科學知識，陪以漂亮的圖和有創意的頁麵設計 是在雜誌上看到推薦後買的，拿到書先給女兒講瞭一遍中文意思， 然後就是每天晚上作為睡前故事念。 她自己白天也常常翻看 經典就是經典。故事簡單，語言簡單，色彩炫麗， 適閤剛學瞭一些英語的寶寶使用。 買英文的是想給上女兒的， 沒想到我自己也很喜歡， 女兒也拿著書讓我讀給她聽， 中文版信宜的寶寶已經會復述， 英文的也很喜歡聽，這本書真的不錯， 就是英文的有點小貴，但是值得擁有。 我們的進口書希望價格更給力 顔色很豐富，估計閨女會喜歡！！！
