作者简介

一直想找Ramsay写的书，偶然发现很高兴。书的内容还在学习中

这本是配合他的视频《家庭烹饪》的，但里边各国家常菜实在太西式，不符合中国人饮食习惯，实在没有尝试欲望。买错书了，应该买那本ultimate cooking course的，里边的菜比较中西结合，很多调料都有中国菜和东南亚菜的影子。因为那本缺货才买了这本，容我哭一个去。
