到手的新书封面已经多处破损，京东可以的，扣一分。内页环保纸，粗糙、灰暗、书写洇纸，体验扣0.5分。同一个订单，京东拆成几个包裹不同时间发给我，还必须30分钟以内面收，仿佛客户都闲得慌，再扣0.5。看在平克大神的份上这次就不退货了，以后不要这样了。
