評分##我個人並不喜歡通過自己的經驗來總結人生哲學，因為你總結齣來的，真的隻能給黃毛丫頭給點指引，我們這些中年婦女跟你總結的也差不多。。要麼你寫自傳。不然這些爛大街的人生經驗總結，真的人人都已經花瞭時間和眼淚總結到瞭。還有，不要老讓人去看Therapist。

評分##本來可以給三星的 扣掉一星是因為覺得被騙瞭 Amazon的評分和暢銷居然都是刷齣來的 Amazon和audible評分都很高 review也很多 其實也就是快餐式雞湯吧 看瞭一部分的時候 覺得好像沒有評論的那麼齣色 搜瞭下goodread 和豆瓣的評分 果然不太行 而且Amazon上這位作者的一本還沒齣版的書也在暢銷榜裏 hmm...就當練聽力一樣 在audible上聽完瞭
