評分##對podcast和audiobook一直接受無能, 繼Esther Perel的Where should we begin解鎖瞭第一個podcast，這本同樣是她讀的書解鎖瞭第一本audiobook的成就(雖然也要1.75倍速)～ 其實對Esther在NICABM中的第一印象並沒有多好，但podcast裏的真實session真的很厲害，跟supervisors討論瞭很多次，為什麼可以這麼一針見血/clients為什麼情感錶達能力都這麼高/這輩子感覺都達不到這個高度瞭怎麼辦嗷嗷嗷（夠。讀完書之後感覺對她session裏的principles更瞭解瞭一些，但定位感覺有點小尷尬。對practitioner來說有點淺，對普通人來說session的部分可能有些無聊，也不那麼“實踐”嚮。

評分##文筆很好 但是著實太多我不懂的詞瞭 看得有點吃力，然而譯版又極其一般。裏麵描述瞭很多愛和欲望之間的矛盾點，稍微觸及瞭一些解決辦法 還是希望能有更多指引
