##感觉翻译得很好。写了很多发生在文革啊、所谓的“三年自然灾害”期间的故事，看着真是心酸，也恨，难怪在国内被禁了。看到后头觉得这10个字有点牵强，也可能是我自己没体会到人家的深意吧。。。。
评分##也许这10个词儿能代表中国，但是余华总结的并不好，里面的例子笑话也啥意思，更像是写给外国人看的。不过从头到尾，可以看出文革对余华的影响之深，还有从解放到现在，我们活的一直就没有过尊严，从没有过。

评分我他妈的真的觉得这是一个很蛋疼的事情我一个中国人我他妈坐在美国的英语写作课上读一本被翻译成了英文的中国人写的书。
评分##又是那些陈词滥调。这本书的主要阅读人群是西方读者和港台读者，而书中呈现的China又是一贯的communism，unenlightened，但这只是如今中国的一部分。整本书除了革命那一章别的我不如去看看天下和南都。对于文革的过多无意义控诉已经使这本书堕落为猎奇读物，这是你想要的么余华？别把自己的经历变成廉价消费品
