內容簡介

　　《獸醫微生物學實驗教程（第2版）》共分兩部分、7章、36個實驗。第一部分是微生物學基礎實驗，包括微生物學常用實驗器材的準備、培養基的製備、細菌的培養與鑒定、病毒的培養與鑒定以及真菌的培養與鑒定等5章22個實驗。安排這些實驗旨在使學生掌握微生物學基本的實驗操作技能。第二部分是重要動物病原的微生物學檢查，設計瞭獸醫臨床上多發、常見和重要傳染病病原的檢查實驗，共14個實驗。其中，第六章是重要動物病原菌的微生物學檢查，包括大腸杆菌、沙門菌、炭疽芽胞杆菌、結核分枝杆菌等12種重要動物病原菌的微生物學檢查；第七章是重要動物病毒的微生物學檢查，包括豬瘟、豬繁殖與呼吸綜閤徵、新城疫、犬瘟熱等8種重要動物病毒的微生物學檢查。每個實驗都精心設計瞭基本原理、器材準備、實驗步驟、注意事項和實驗報告等內容，以使《獸醫微生物學實驗教程（第2版）》具有更強的實用性和可操作性。
