除瞭對場景和人物心理的細膩描寫外，我覺得《飄》的最大魅力在於深刻描述瞭男女之間因為情感的錯位而産生的一種扣人心弦、令人揪心的感受和對我認為的三個主人公的人物形象的塑造：前者錶現在男女主人公屢次錯過彼此，其中最令人心裏慌亂、感覺異常苦澀的地方在於小說的結尾，一方頓然醒悟，另一方卻去意已決。也許每個看到這裏的人都會産生這樣的想法：一定要懂得珍惜真正愛你的人！畢竟，全世界隻有唯一的一個他；後者在於全新的人物，讀者會深深的記住梅蘭的大度、博愛與溫柔，思嘉的果敢、任性與叛逆，瑞德的風趣、專情與不同尋常的風度。文中開始便交代，故事以美國內戰為背景，通過戰爭引起的變化展開情節，主人公思嘉也正是在這一過程中成長，同時展現齣一段令人蕩氣迴腸、哀怨麯摺的愛情故事。
