Full of lessons learnt by silicon valley startups, strategy exceptionally well explained in marketing language, D-Day analogy simply brilliant. Couldn't find a more enlightening reference for my career ahead.

评分##这本书没法不给五星。没读这本书之前其实也看过这个曲线,大概知道什么意思,当时很好奇怎么可以把那一个鸿沟写出一门书来。I’m blown away.不光光是解释了这个鸿沟是什么,有什么tactics去解决这个鸿沟。很喜欢后面两张大的picture看在整个公司成面上,leadership,hiring,compensation等等方面的影响。这些也是很容易被忽略,却也是很重要的一部分。
