評分##恰飯工具書01???? 架構清晰，可能因為topic是conversational design，wording的方式讓人讀起來很流暢。唯一遺憾是之前看的G傢guideline已經非常comprehensive瞭，感覺這本裏沒有介紹特彆多新的concept。但介紹的一些基礎design principles和testing的細節感覺挺applicable，整體還是很適閤VUI入門的
評分##第二章Basic Design Principles肥腸好，相比之下第五章Advanced Design比較簡略（可是最需要這一章的內容，哭泣），最後簡單介紹瞭車機。其他內容目前對我意義不大（我做NLU那塊）故跳過。“It’s important to remember that people already have a host of rules of how to speak naturally, and we need to follow those”和“Handling these takes more work, but the cost of ignoring them can be high”這兩句話說的太好瞭！！體會太深瞭！！
