具体描述
A dentist lies murdered at his Harley Street practice...The dentist was found with a blackened hole below his right temple. A pistol lay on the floor near his outflung right hand. Later, one of his patients was found dead from a lethal dose of local anaesthetic. A clear case of murder and suicide. But why would a dentist commit a crime in the middle of a busy day of appointments? A shoe buckle holds the key to the mystery. ##故事有点太简单了⋯⋯感觉案件复杂程度还不如阿婆的一些小短篇⋯⋯不过第一次看到阿婆抨击老旧势力也实在是很难得的（她的好多作品譬如destination unknown和they came to Baghdad都视挑战旧势力的新思想为洪水猛兽）
