評分把用戶體驗分為Strategy Scope Structure Skeleton Surface五個層次，思路非常清楚，因此五星推薦。雖然給瞭一些技巧但是沒有講特彆professional的東西，入門書，産品經理讀讀也是極好的。作者強調每一個層次是後一個層次的基礎。人們往往隻關注錶麵的Skeleton和Surface，而背後的Strategy Scope Structure常常被忽視。Strategy指産品目的和要滿足的用戶需求，Scope是産品提供哪些features或內容，Structure是産品的信息架構，Skeleton是每個頁麵上要呈現的元素，Surface是sensory design。
