评分前nerd现身说法——我是怎样变成擅长small talk的。但仔细读其实会发现直到现在，作者的言语中还是有种微妙的生硬，但是Fake it for a while till it becomes second nature嘛，这话说的还是不错的。
评分##作者描述的曾经的形象，每一条都是我。。。被作者一一提出来，才意识到自己以前踩过的坑是什么。全文看下来是有些帮助的，主要是fake it till make it 的精神。有些内容重复了，但也当作学英文了，很多描述工作中可用

评分##我最近意识到了我社恐的原因，一是把国人对英语的那种高期待（或者是我想象中的国人）带入到了老外身上，但其实他们并不judge我，只是听我说的意思；二是其实社交也需要练习，不知从啥时候开始我居然有了一件事我上来就应该会这种有毒的想法，如果不会就反复打击自己，而不是去练习。作者的一些ice break cheatsheet有些尴尬，但是后半部分的一些例句有的还是挺有用的，会找时间记下来。
