评分##我最近意识到了我社恐的原因，一是把国人对英语的那种高期待（或者是我想象中的国人）带入到了老外身上，但其实他们并不judge我，只是听我说的意思；二是其实社交也需要练习，不知从啥时候开始我居然有了一件事我上来就应该会这种有毒的想法，如果不会就反复打击自己，而不是去练习。作者的一些ice break cheatsheet有些尴尬，但是后半部分的一些例句有的还是挺有用的，会找时间记下来。

评分##Tips 都挺尴尬的，问题其实在于对大多数人并没有 genuine interest。所以得先 fake 一下，以 small talk 作为过渡，说不定就能发现真正的 genuine interest，顺利进入 real conversation。
