But those "how-to"s just over-simplify the humanity - though also proves that relationship indeed is a rigid demand b/c product-market fit is usually achieved by building product that fits the market, but for dating the market likes to adapt to the product lol
評分##十分實用的一本書。 說瞭約會的三種傾嚮（浪漫主義者，最大化者，猶豫主義者）、著名的依戀理論、對維持長期關係真正重要的因素、如何決定同居/結婚、如何有意識地維持好關係。建立在心理學、行為經濟學等研究之上，有參考價值。
評分##依戀類型：逃避式依戀；總覺得自己還沒準備好；對他人和關係都抱有不切實際的希望；沒有約會的技能，四象限圖也沒有掌握。所以我單身真的是太正常瞭
