評分想起Coursera一門耶魯開的美國憲法課上教授說到，率先給予女性選舉權的是西部的懷俄明和猶他州，因為男女人口差距懸殊，目的是吸引女性前來定居。人權當然是靠爭取來的，但它並不天生正確，而是因為有需要。哲學推理不能證明人人生而平等，之所以認可是因為權衡之後還是這樣比較好。古時未必沒有誕生過人文主義者，隻是沒有發展的土壤。事情會發生是因為可以，不是因為正確，如果人類可以被拋棄，為什麼不？會有新的理論來為此作支撐。

評分##前麵部分真是有點囉嗦瞭，作者屬於舉例子狂人，幸好最後一部分提齣瞭幾個挺有意思的觀點補迴票價，總體是推薦的。

評分##如前作般，用普通題材構建龐大的思想，赫拉利的未來接近美麗新世界。人類永不滿足，過去爭奪土地與能源，未來則爭奪進化與永生。人類對待其他物種的方式，也許預示神人將如何對待普通人類。未來沒有疾病，飢荒與戰爭，沒有未知，沒有重復的體腦勞動，甚至沒有痛苦，永生成為現實，神人與數據成為新的上帝與宗教。人類能否由此獲得更多的幸福？也許整體可能，個體未必。吊詭之處在，每當人類自認無所不知，無所不能，事後就被證明是愚蠢與自大。人類簡史與未來簡史，於我的意義在，串起近期的很多閱讀。歐洲史的現代社會發端，西方政治傳統的自由主義，源泉的個人主義，中東地緣現狀，博物學的物種平等，科學史與科學哲學，高頻交易，量子理論與相對論，必然的互聯網未來，基因的生物工程，宗教的秩序，道金斯與平剋。可見作者的知識脈絡與梳理能力。
