评分##全是血泪啊 写得太实在太好了…一开始会想做手头这个项目前读到这本就好了大概会少走很多弯路，可是没踩过坑吃过????也不会如此有共鸣吧。所以TL;DR这是一本therapy book吗????
评分##很棒的一本书，因为作者是女性所以默默加了一星～阅读建议是tech lead读tech lead+managing people，manager读managing a team+managing multiple team，之后公司文化那几章适合所有人群。整本书只讲technical managing其实是比较focused but constrained，可以搭配各种管理学教材阅读。
