评分##很棒的一本书,因为作者是女性所以默默加了一星~阅读建议是tech lead读tech lead+managing people,manager读managing a team+managing multiple team,之后公司文化那几章适合所有人群。整本书只讲technical managing其实是比较focused but constrained,可以搭配各种管理学教材阅读。
