評分##海豹雞湯，其實很不錯的，很小一本書賣18有點坑。大概是UT的演講的expansion，有一些有意思的新內容。去mountain的路上聽完瞭
評分##下午花瞭兩個小時認真讀完瞭，瞭解瞭一些海豹突擊隊的訓練情況，非常佩服這些鐵人（身體和精神上都是巨人）。確實有幾處說到心坎裏瞭，但是這些雞湯書講的道理都差不多，不是很驚艷，但是基本值迴書價。
評分##因為不愛收拾房間，看到這本書的標題，好奇想瞭解其中的內容是否能 push 自己養成定期收納的好習慣，結果發現這本書是一位軍人迴憶自己在紀律嚴明的軍營裏領悟齣的一些人生雞湯，不過第一章開篇的這段話確實讓我領悟齣瞭好好鋪床的魅力: "Nothing can replace the strength and comfort of one's faith, but sometimes the simple act of making your bed can give you the lift you need to start your day and provide you the satisfaction to end it right."
