评分##因为不爱收拾房间，看到这本书的标题，好奇想了解其中的内容是否能 push 自己养成定期收纳的好习惯，结果发现这本书是一位军人回忆自己在纪律严明的军营里领悟出的一些人生鸡汤，不过第一章开篇的这段话确实让我领悟出了好好铺床的魅力: "Nothing can replace the strength and comfort of one's faith, but sometimes the simple act of making your bed can give you the lift you need to start your day and provide you the satisfaction to end it right."
