评分##看的是Penguin出版社的版本，内容有些重复，但是以一个SEAl队员的身份延伸出人生道理来说有点让人心潮澎湃！
评分##女子监狱励志女预警推荐的一本鸡汤书，感觉海豹突击队的训练真的太有挑战性了啊，挺有意思的
评分##下午花了两个小时认真读完了，了解了一些海豹突击队的训练情况，非常佩服这些铁人（身体和精神上都是巨人）。确实有几处说到心坎里了，但是这些鸡汤书讲的道理都差不多，不是很惊艳，但是基本值回书价。
