##只是觉得在大洋这边很难遇到一群有着相似思维方式和职场道德,又有能力,又有一个颇具规模和能赚钱的产品的环境。没法百分百复制,但某些思想和意识可以直接用在当下的工作中。

##深受启发,不仅有鸡汤,还有经过实践总结得出的方式方法。 边度边反思自己处理工作的方式方法。确实,一切关乎效率、质量及幸福感,而非愚忠。毕竟你和雇主是契约关系,而非主仆关系。让专业的人做专业的事,包括制定时间和期限。只要合理安排及规划,没有必要牺牲自己的个人时间去做低效率的产出。
