評分##Basecamp和阿裏比，簡直就是天平的兩個極端。我隻能說，對中國來說，無疑是阿裏更適閤中國國情，因為，人性需要被管理，不能被充分信任。btw, 好想聽聽 basecamp的員工是什麼體感。如真如CEO所說這般，那麼這麼好的公司，那在職場上，真的是人類自由之光瞭。
