評分##小男孩故事很真誠,特彆是他已經做瞭這麼多年大公司高管,竟然還保留著強烈的同理心,哪怕是裝齣來的,裝一輩子也就是真的瞭。這也說明他們這方麵教育還是很到位的。 十大管理要點麼,隨便聽聽行瞭,既然齣商業類書,難免搞點這些玩意。 Pixar 幾個故事講的好,最後Fox可能跟在這位置上時間久瞭有關,似乎有點偏瞭,不過他自己意識到長期站在巨大權力巔峰的危害,也自謙成功很大部分來自於運氣。 除瞭竟然還沒退休所帶來的不舒服感,這本書非常好。
評分##五星開局,三星收尾。會講故事真的很重要,迪士尼在上海開幕那段,真的很抓人,我就是一直看一直看。還有就是剛開始工作那段,少年不認輸且帶著韌勁的精氣神,挺動人的。最後就是收尾一段,提醒自己在高位太久,容易主動或被動地,聽不到更多的聲音;以及全書寫到的各個重要的決定與其帶來的後果、收益,都是“後見之明”,挺誠實的。結尾部分還給全書劃瞭重點,略略顯得自戀。
評分##最驚訝的地方是他和jobs的友誼,因為兩個人性格截然不同,經曆也很不同,一個勤勤懇懇爬corporate ladder,一個revolutionary。而且蘋果迪士尼兩個公司也很不一樣。當他說假如jobs還活著,說不定兩個公司已經閤並瞭,我簡直無法想象。disney+apple tv+?George Lucas也是挺令人無語的,幾個million賣瞭公司,還夢想繼續有話語權,還抱怨,have a cake and eat it,真是吃相挺難看。我不關注MCU的東西,但是收購marvel真是個鞏固瞭迪士尼下一百年統治地位的決策。

評分##很好看,超五星好評!是我覺得可以反復閱讀的書,對於如何做人做事都很有啓發。從文字來看,會覺得作者(CEO先生)是一位非常有風度教養的人,是一個非常好的管理者。其實對於abc,迪士尼,皮剋斯的瞭解都不多,也沒關注過他們的時事新聞????,如果能對照著看可能會更有意思吧。從abc的最底層做起,這輩子沒換過公司工作????,(abc被迪士尼收購),真是很傳奇的人生啊。以及ceo是不是都每天隻能睡四個小時????……從競爭上崗ceo開始,還有和喬布斯的往來互動,都是高潮迭起呀!看得很爽!Iger真的對迪士尼的業務和公司的經營模式理解的非常深入,所以對公司的發展纔能有那麼好的規劃,收購皮剋斯和漫威真的是很厲害的兩步棋。敏銳的商業眼光,是結閤瞭對公司的瞭解和行業發展的判斷+相信自己的直覺和敢於冒險的勇氣
