##只看了1/10，看不下去了。观点很新奇 ，论证很失败
评分##Govt deficit=society surplus~政府不应该过分关心赤字~政府关心的并不是钱应该从哪里来，而是社会中有没有像人力、机器、科技、源材料等资源去支撑政府的计划。其次，政府必须要确保这些投入的金钱，对社会合理的利用，造福社会，而不是造成房产或者股价泡沫。但是虽然作者的观点比较新颖，可是我认为在实际的操作中会有非常巨大的问题，特别是像在资本国家政府被寡头资本裹挟，所以。政策会不可避免的倾斜与这些寡头，而不会真正的造福于民

评分##前半部分还可，蛮吸引人，比那些乱七八糟的科普视频强到不知道哪里去了，后半部分画风突变，作者彻底不装了，大篇幅探讨美国社会问题，兴趣不大草草翻过，总之作为门外汉，这书对我很有启发性，值得一看

评分##More of a book for news readers and those in Congress than an academic piece. Terrific intro to monetary and fiscal policies, ways & means and appropriation process in Congress, as well as MMT (although the titular umbrella concept does not seem necessary for most of the bookXD).
