评分##断断续续读完了，感觉说得很有道理很有远见。我们更多看眼前，人大佬看远方。但又感觉各种饼画完了又好像什么都没吃到。
评分##老总写的书。当然有他的思考，对岗位的思考，最有趣的算是讲到一点他如何尝试改变公司文化的过程的，也是他最厉害的点，对人的管理。讲到了他的领导力原则，很同意，和frenemies，如何理解这层关系，如何处理矛盾。最后几章，讲AI，道德，全息，经济，量子计算，感觉太浅，没有什么真的思考。书中个别专门提出来表扬的人现在已经离开公司，也有点让人唏嘘。
