评分##断断续续读完了,感觉说得很有道理很有远见。我们更多看眼前,人大佬看远方。但又感觉各种饼画完了又好像什么都没吃到。
评分##老总写的书。当然有他的思考,对岗位的思考,最有趣的算是讲到一点他如何尝试改变公司文化的过程的,也是他最厉害的点,对人的管理。讲到了他的领导力原则,很同意,和frenemies,如何理解这层关系,如何处理矛盾。最后几章,讲AI,道德,全息,经济,量子计算,感觉太浅,没有什么真的思考。书中个别专门提出来表扬的人现在已经离开公司,也有点让人唏嘘。
