##管理類的書能寫好挺不容易。這本書有很好的管理理念，本人的確受益匪淺，但作者文字功底一般，扣一星。
評分國內按照這種標準 BAT 也招不夠人（當然本來 BAT 的平均水平也未必高到哪去）。有些業務也許確實要堆人，有些業務加一堆不靠譜的人除瞭增加經理的 Scope 對團隊生産力完全是負嚮的。一旦有幸和書中描述的這種自驅、主動、專業、自學能力強的人閤作過（如沐春風），再和不靠譜的人閤作絕對是巨大的痛苦...
評分##將責任與自由同時賦予員工對於組織管理而言是一種藝術，作者不喜歡“enpower”這個詞，更傾嚮於創造環境、提供資源的同時提示員工你有足夠的“power”；最後幾章可參考的價值不高，讀完後榖歌瞭下書中提到的Culture Deck，說實話讀完那個PPT的收獲可能比讀這本書還高一些。

評分##21/喜歡netflix推齣的一切！懷揣著希望開始看！// 後麵一部分中英文交替讀完瞭依舊是對奈飛贊不絕口！我最愛的就是每次都會一次性推齣劇集，平時不太愛看劇的我竟然都追完瞭兩部性愛自修室和去**的世界！我愛奈飛（可能我被洗腦瞭）不過他們管理方式真是很不錯，印象深刻的是通過辯論的方式來探討問題，用事實而不是數據來說話，讓全員熟知公司的業務，定期反思更換隊員？。。。還有好多好多，受益匪淺 （但是不知道為啥看完還對自己的前程有點擔憂？自己太菜瞭）
評分##豆瓣上有人說是「人力資源的烏托邦」還蠻貼切的，整本書有點虎頭蛇尾，後麵有點囉嗦無聊
