##將責任與自由同時賦予員工對於組織管理而言是一種藝術，作者不喜歡“enpower”這個詞，更傾嚮於創造環境、提供資源的同時提示員工你有足夠的“power”；最後幾章可參考的價值不高，讀完後榖歌瞭下書中提到的Culture Deck，說實話讀完那個PPT的收獲可能比讀這本書還高一些。

評分##推薦這本書。一，在同類型書籍中屬廢話少的，觀點簡潔，幾乎不重復。二，我曾經認定，隻有人人擠破腦門去服務的頂級公司這些HR的觀點纔有效。直到我也遇見瞭一些頂級或有相當潛力的人纔並與之愉快的共事，我開始檢討自己的淺薄，並在閱讀的過程中頻頻點頭。
