评分##我最喜欢的概念是,面对触发、诱因(triggers),不要立刻做出反应。可以试着停顿一会儿,从外到内观察自己。比如,落叶随水流去,十分钟法则。另外,书中有些方法在原子习惯中也看到过,比如,诱惑捆绑,尤利西斯契约等。
评分##依然是在 Blinkist 上读的精华版。理念很简单,实践起来也很容易,总结起来就是主动地去发现并绕开干扰源、打造一个适合专心的环境,多给自己安排一些 quality time。

评分##总结:人们表面是被打扰,其实是为了逃避痛苦,所以减少打扰的时间管理,就成了如何看待痛苦的痛苦管理。自己为什么会痛苦,不自觉的在逃避什么?如何改变自己认为做某件事情很痛苦的想法?痛苦其只是自己的看法。后面讲如何减少手机邮箱等的打扰,感觉过于稀碎。三星吧。
