The economy was booming. People had more money than they knew what to do with. And then the earthquake struck. For the characters in After the Quake, the Kobe earthquake is an echo from a past they buried long ago. Should he contact them? Miyake left his family in Kobe to make midnight bonfires on a beach hundreds of miles away. Katagiri returns home to find a giant frog in his apartment on a mission to save Tokyo from a massive burrowing worm. 'When he gets angry, he causes earthquakes,' says Frog. 'And right now he is very, very angry'.

##看瞭看上次的標記，已經距離第一次讀過去瞭快十年瞭。真是可怕。其實村上的短故事比他的長篇文學性要好。他長篇真的掌控不好符號的結構和故事的推進。倒是短篇最後的反轉永遠特彆帥氣。
評分##有聲書版~對前麵這位朗讀的仁兄很是喜歡~那個一邊搖鈴一邊XX的那段實在是笑個半死~Superfrog那位學青蛙叫的實在是太像瞭，Honey Pie的bra game都很好玩，Sala可愛死瞭(這名字聽著也很搞，沙拉？)就朗讀來說絕對是五星~
評分##村上春樹的短篇小說是憑意像取勝的，像詩歌裏的意像一樣新穎，準確，例如《UFO》裏空空的包裹，《Super frog》裏的無私無畏的大青蛙，《Thailand》裏長在身體裏的石頭（如果你有秘密，身體就會有石頭）《landscape with Flatiron》裏的bonefire，想到這個意像小說已經成功一半瞭。閱讀村上春樹的短篇小說非常愉快，所以通常讀完沉重的書就讀一本。

評分##真的是就怕貨比貨，同時在讀科塔薩爾，都是爵士愛好者，差距咋就這麼大呢，當然這本即使比村上自己的《盲女睡柳》那個集子也是差瞭一大截 太多刻意經營的成分 不過有幾篇的中心意象還是不錯的，比如搖鈴做愛(躲熊)，海邊燃起的篝火，月下起舞，夢見可以祛除心魔的蛇，最後兩篇彆人說好，我反而無感
