The economy was booming. People had more money than they knew what to do with. And then the earthquake struck. 評分##《神的孩子都跳舞》。從小說奇異的描述中我們看到災難對日本人的影響：因為災難一切都變得不可預測，所以享樂主義也無可厚非。災難創造一個突破口，從前深藏在心底不敢錶述的，在目睹瞭生命的脆弱之後，也倒坦然麵對、渲泄、轉摺瞭。而災難有時又是有積極意義的，使在金錢欲望驅使下變得分裂自私的社會人重新聚集起來、發現彼此的存在，共同努力。雖然這樣的聚集是短暫的，而人的記憶也那麼脆弱與模糊。
