评分##前半段太有趣了，都是干货，引人深思，令人佩服。同是游泳爱好者，有好多的体会可以对号入座，如醍醐灌顶。后面的吐槽和公开叫板，虽然是一面之辞，也带出了许许多多宝贵的经验教训。作为一个渺小的打工人，看看大佬从创业者和管理者的角度如何思考问题、带领团队，看看一个公司的文化和价值观是如何影响工作环境的，对以后的职业选择很有帮助哇。
