評分##前半段太有趣瞭，都是乾貨，引人深思，令人佩服。同是遊泳愛好者，有好多的體會可以對號入座，如醍醐灌頂。後麵的吐槽和公開叫闆，雖然是一麵之辭，也帶齣瞭許許多多寶貴的經驗教訓。作為一個渺小的打工人，看看大佬從創業者和管理者的角度如何思考問題、帶領團隊，看看一個公司的文化和價值觀是如何影響工作環境的，對以後的職業選擇很有幫助哇。
