評分##前半段太有趣瞭，都是乾貨，引人深思，令人佩服。同是遊泳愛好者，有好多的體會可以對號入座，如醍醐灌頂。後麵的吐槽和公開叫闆，雖然是一麵之辭，也帶齣瞭許許多多寶貴的經驗教訓。作為一個渺小的打工人，看看大佬從創業者和管理者的角度如何思考問題、帶領團隊，看看一個公司的文化和價值觀是如何影響工作環境的，對以後的職業選擇很有幫助哇。

評分##一位充滿爭議的創始人。開始閱讀的時候覺得這人到底在乾嘛講話如此臭屁講的東西又那麼common sense，直到看到8090年代的女性運動服裝纔發現如今很多對運動服飾的理解其實都源自於他。 創立lululemon的部分過分精彩，最後creative minds和public company 文化間的衝突而不得不離開。 服裝屆的Elon musk，怪人奇人又是一個先驅者，確實值得敬佩。
