##Looks like David wrote the book in a rush. It's supposed to be a book describing the theory of aging, but he spent a lot of efforts explaining how modern healthcare is changing..

空話連篇……就一個建議可行:少吃點東西。另外推薦瞭三樣東西:白藜蘆醇,二甲雙胍,煙酰胺單核苷酸。除瞭二甲雙胍,另外兩種的吸收和利用率都很成問題。整本書還不如他參加Joe Rogan的那期采訪的乾貨多。其實真的內容寫篇博文三四頁紙就夠瞭,這非死乞白賴湊齣本書來。

##還不錯,給人很多的希望可以不老,以至於長生。過去和現在寫得有血有肉。未來有點重復。不吃,少吃糖,多吃蔬菜,少吃紅肉,吃一定的營養品,鍛煉,延緩衰老。

##其實內容也還行,雖然販售程度和內容可靠程度不完全匹配,但科學本身並沒有硬傷。但是這本書實在不能吸引我,而且我也很不喜歡裏麵時不時齣現一下的“采訪”場景,刻意而沒有必要。
