評分空話連篇……就一個建議可行:少吃點東西。另外推薦瞭三樣東西:白藜蘆醇,二甲雙胍,煙酰胺單核苷酸。除瞭二甲雙胍,另外兩種的吸收和利用率都很成問題。整本書還不如他參加Joe Rogan的那期采訪的乾貨多。其實真的內容寫篇博文三四頁紙就夠瞭,這非死乞白賴湊齣本書來。
