##补码。 这本书的音频有点差，最后还是看完的。 作者很会写这种题材，没有什么太深的内容，就是一些简单的科普。 抗氧化跟自由基是谎言，但是用来卖货可是不错的噱头。 久坐的危害太大了，幸亏都是趴着看书（bushi）。
评分##Bill Bryson的书，虽然一反既往的幽默写作风风格，但是满满都是知识点，这些关于自身躯体的知识，绝对值得一读，强烈推荐，因为很多观念早点明白和纠正没准能够救命。

评分##通勤路上听的audiobook，很多很多fun facts，留存在脑海里的并不多。。记得最后几章有提到，现在的医学研究已经到了dimishing returns的地步，就算我们研究出怎么治疗阿斯伯格症，也只能把人均寿命提高x天了（x好像<30），毕竟人老了可能这病那病都有了。。还有一个是说癌症就是evolution的flip side，如果我们不想莫名其妙的变异，那我们也不可能evolve到现在的模样。。另外历史上有些医生胆大到让人害怕，比如那个决定把导管从肩膀一路插进自己心脏然后去楼下拍x光片的，听得我连方向盘都握不太住了。。

评分##嗯，匆匆听完了。其实相对认真听的是从第十三章的肺开始的。有点想存本纸质版稍微认真的读一下了解一下
评分##挺有意思的，但是实在不是我的菜，感觉全书读下来只记住了一点点fun fact，以及人体实在太奇妙了，大部分构造我们都不知道为什么这样。
评分##内容涵盖量很广泛，有点大杂烩的味道。人的身体结构每一部分用一个章节来阐述。给平民老百姓的百科全书，没有太深奥的词汇。但是朗读者实在是太平淡了。很多次几乎就要因为朗读者而放弃。所以建议自己看书。
