有幾年沒讀Bryson瞭，再讀還是好喜歡他。他寫的科學書都超有看頭，信息量大還能把你逗樂，即便話題足夠嚴肅。這本有Bryson的一貫優點，非常推薦。哦對，原來自由基和抗氧化完全騙人的啊，40年代的一個研究，後來被證明是錯的，但是保健品行業的威力很大，賣貨第一。
評分##挺有意思的，但是實在不是我的菜，感覺全書讀下來隻記住瞭一點點fun fact，以及人體實在太奇妙瞭，大部分構造我們都不知道為什麼這樣。
評分###audiobook Bill Bryson是我心中的大神，之前寫的關於澳洲那本覺得是又有趣知識點又多。這本the body關於人體器官簡述的書剛齣的時候就很想聽又是專業相關！但是沒想到！！！是作者自己讀的，無比平緩的語速讓人昏昏欲睡，內容也乏善可陳，就是無趣的數字堆積，簡直可以又名那些年人類對自己身體做過的蠢事！全書全長14時4分 聽到大概12小時的時候實在是再也聽不進去瞭！希望Bill Bryson自己再也不要讀自己寫的書瞭，簡直就是糟蹋和浪費！2020年讀書時長150時 16分
評分##充滿知識和驚喜，像迴到瞭高中生物課，隻是更有趣，不得不贊嘆人類的身體構造和醫學發展，語言簡潔易懂不難懂

評分##不知道為什麼Bryson決定在這個題目上寫書。不同於旅遊、曆史、莎士比亞甚至”everything”，人們不大想從非專業人士那裏學習人體知識。雖然沒發現大錯，科技史部分也算可讀，但整體讀不下去。因為我不想讓英語老師教我生物。
評分##補碼。 這本書的音頻有點差，最後還是看完的。 作者很會寫這種題材，沒有什麼太深的內容，就是一些簡單的科普。 抗氧化跟自由基是謊言，但是用來賣貨可是不錯的噱頭。 久坐的危害太大瞭，幸虧都是趴著看書（bushi）。
