評分##印象最深的還是 1971-1975的部分，一直有那麼多讓人為它的命懸一綫而屏息凝神的時刻。很多讓我想起我們當時在領導力計劃時看John Adams的感受——那些後來看起來意義重大的曆程，其實哪裏有那麼多肅穆齊整的時刻，都是踉踉蹌蹌、跌跌撞撞，在各種混亂與捉襟見肘中籌措應對（scramble），拖著腿走、滾、爬、往前行，然而就這樣堅持下來。

評分##很慶幸在人生的這個階段讀到這本書。Phil常常提到來自童年時期以的insecurity, 以至於一次退休瞭的Phil和妻子在街上遇到瞭比爾蓋茨和巴菲特，假裝拉傢常的時候心裏還在想著自己的身傢跟這兩位比低瞭好多倍，心裏有點被intimidated到。同樣insecure的我讀到這裏會心一笑，緊接著又是一聲嘆息：“誒原來這缺乏安全感的毛病真是要伴隨終身瞭啊！”但願我能像Phill一樣，藉著這因為缺乏安全感而永遠unsettling的心，一直追隨所謂的calling。Don't stop.
評分##20160609-20160708。本書隻是講瞭耐剋草創時期的人和事。他害羞內嚮的性格，他無限熱愛的事業，他的誌同道閤的朋友們，他的感情史，他麵對競爭對手的害怕和絕地反擊。作者一直說他害羞，其實書中不乏笑點，想必也是一個悶騷男。
