In the Dream House is Carmen Maria Machado’s engrossing and wildly innovative account of a relationship gone bad, and a bold dissection of the mechanisms and cultural representations of psychological abuse. 评分##英文有声书。题材优，非常讨巧。文笔其实也好就是看多了有点烦。但是内容真的普通甚至有点啰嗦。作者本人自己来读有声书真是败笔，这个不知道是语速还是语气还是停顿感觉分分钟要断气，听得令人烦躁想打人。
评分##我的2019阅读最佳，希望能有人翻译中文版。书的架构和语言固然好，但更可贵的是把同性亲密关系间的暴力这个经常在社会讨论里面被掩盖起来的题材写出来了。
