##能一次性读shareholder letter还是挺不错的，能从重复中读出amazon的核心: focus on customer and long-term. 一些细节还算有意思: free cashflow vs. profit (2004); math vs. judgement (2005); company culture (2016); hiring practice (2017)
评分##作为一本文集在内容上实在是有点水。开头是一篇艾萨克森给写的小传（艾萨克森表示自己之前作传的主人公都是达芬奇爱因斯坦和乔布斯，愿意给贝佐斯写是因为觉得他是当代最伟大的企业家），前半部分是历年股东信，从 97 年上市到 21 年退休，从一百多人的小公司到几十万人的巨头，服务的顾客越来越多，提供的业务越来越多，创新业务的持续尝试，对大企业应当承担的社会责任的及时关注，一步步走来有迹可循，都是站在当期视角的总结和展望，绝无马后炮的分析。印象最深的是 2000 年互联网泡沫时股价跌去百分之八九十时冷静分析模式没问题，指标很健康，资金很充足，公司完全在朝对的方向发展，以此坚定判断继续按部就班往下做，迟早会回来的（虽然并不是目的）。四颗星都给股东信合集，后半部分的公开演讲稿可看可不看，基本都是重复的内容
