評分相對於intro作者之前寫的喬布斯、達芬奇,貝索斯更屬於我們當代,而他無疑是當代最偉大的企業傢(沒有之一),一個堅持long-term最好的範本。一直沒有一本能很好講亞馬遜的書,這本可以作為一個參考。我認為amzn發展分為三個時期:1、初期癡迷用戶體驗和數據 2、Amzn prime推齣實現盈利 3、AWS 。這本100多頁的股東信,每封都值得創業者細細學習,第二章的一些他之前的講話和采訪稿也值得研究。裏麵提到的後悔最小化模型,work-life harmony不是balance確實也很實用。全書最打動我的部分在“cleverness is a gift,kindness is a choice”。沒給滿分的原因是內容太熟悉瞭,更期待Isaacson寫一本完整的貝索斯傳。

評分##一開始Walter Isaacson的引言已經很好瞭,凝練地總結瞭Jeff Bezos的特點、生平、觀點。Bezos看問題的角度其實並沒有很特彆,但他能用有條理的語言把觀點講齣來,讓彆人執行下去,做瞭彆人敢想不敢做的事。他的所想所做或多或少都跟長期主義有關係,不為短期利益傷害長期價值,主動為客戶讓利,從創業伊始就能想到、設立長期主義目標,並且堅持這麼多年,很不容易。
