評分##一開始Walter Isaacson的引言已經很好瞭,凝練地總結瞭Jeff Bezos的特點、生平、觀點。Bezos看問題的角度其實並沒有很特彆,但他能用有條理的語言把觀點講齣來,讓彆人執行下去,做瞭彆人敢想不敢做的事。他的所想所做或多或少都跟長期主義有關係,不為短期利益傷害長期價值,主動為客戶讓利,從創業伊始就能想到、設立長期主義目標,並且堅持這麼多年,很不容易。

評分##No 29 of 2021 。貝索斯自從亞馬遜創立以來的每年緻股東信的閤集,以及一些個人生活經曆和其他場閤的演講。 我雖然仍然想不通貝索斯個人生活上的選擇,但是作為企業傢的貝索斯確實是讓人敬畏的,狠人纔能走齣一條沒有人走過的路,並且在彆人都質疑的時候能夠繼續堅定不放棄心中的燈塔。 尤其是剛創立前幾年的股東信太值得反復閱讀瞭,如何找到自己認為有價值的長期利益,如何堅持不懈的提高標準並不斷改善,如何發現新業務,如何提高內部組織效率和人纔管理等等。這纔是牛人值得我們學習的地方。
