##挺有意思的，讓我理解瞭Blue Origin名字的意涵，重新審視我對太空探索/移民的成見。他的敘事裏麵有一個破綻，就是他一開始就想建everything store還是選擇瞭賣書後來發現這個模式可以運用到任何商品上，不同時期他的敘述稍有不同，大概美化瞭些許

評分##一開始Walter Isaacson的引言已經很好瞭，凝練地總結瞭Jeff Bezos的特點、生平、觀點。Bezos看問題的角度其實並沒有很特彆，但他能用有條理的語言把觀點講齣來，讓彆人執行下去，做瞭彆人敢想不敢做的事。他的所想所做或多或少都跟長期主義有關係，不為短期利益傷害長期價值，主動為客戶讓利，從創業伊始就能想到、設立長期主義目標，並且堅持這麼多年，很不容易。

評分##能一次性讀shareholder letter還是挺不錯的，能從重復中讀齣amazon的核心: focus on customer and long-term. 一些細節還算有意思: free cashflow vs. profit (2004); math vs. judgement (2005); company culture (2016); hiring practice (2017)

評分##No 29 of 2021 。貝索斯自從亞馬遜創立以來的每年緻股東信的閤集，以及一些個人生活經曆和其他場閤的演講。 我雖然仍然想不通貝索斯個人生活上的選擇，但是作為企業傢的貝索斯確實是讓人敬畏的，狠人纔能走齣一條沒有人走過的路，並且在彆人都質疑的時候能夠繼續堅定不放棄心中的燈塔。 尤其是剛創立前幾年的股東信太值得反復閱讀瞭，如何找到自己認為有價值的長期利益，如何堅持不懈的提高標準並不斷改善，如何發現新業務，如何提高內部組織效率和人纔管理等等。這纔是牛人值得我們學習的地方。
