##都legacy和environment這兩章的時候，竟然淚目瞭…其實我也算擁有一個所謂“normal”的童年，但看著書裏列舉的一個個反麵例子，似乎都能在裏麵找到自己父母的影子，但他們，其實就是大部分普通中國60後父母的縮影… 其實全書的概念也很簡單，就是同理心，接納情緒，描述情緒，采用“非暴力溝通”的交流方式，幾乎每一章的落腳點都是一樣的，扣一星就是覺得內容有點拖遝
