評分##Was initially attracted by the idea of building an AI institution in Yale and humanity one which studys moral impact of AI in Oxford. Very interesting with the 1st&2nd parts but the subprime mortgage crisis part is unbearably long and boring. Whole piece is fairly good and no worry any difficult financial words.

評分##kindle每天看10%，過程極度愉悅。初入職場時的typos跟calculation errors我們大傢都有犯過，後果不同，反思的境界也不一樣，很佩服他每次犯錯都坦然並因此建立rules避免第二次，在blackstone第二筆被steel價格蠱惑的壞投資是他個人拍闆，被投資人叫過去差點被罵哭，讀到即覺得好笑又很真誠，事後整個公司建立規則避免同類錯誤。asking for help這點真是相見恨晚，道理我都會講，可看他一以貫之的執行下來，迴想起自己在同樣境遇中的傲慢跟懦弱，很慚愧。從第一筆大單，價格他谘詢瞭每一位能提供意見的同事，在日本叫價錢也是立即跟partner電話，那麼自信的一個人卻能如此坦然的尋求幫助，大氣的讓人佩服。通過他的view看中美貿易戰，隻能說Trump的目標太清晰瞭。
評分我覺得這本書有很大一部分就是他自己吹牛逼，各種秀，看到中間的時候我都快看不下去瞭，我覺得和Jim Simons的那本差遠瞭，對細節的描述差很多
